I ordered these to protect my cards. I guess it's good that's all I needed them for. I tested the rfid at work and they scan like there's nothing on them.

It really works.
This really works. Tested it out at the grocery store quick checkout. In the sleeve, the scanner could not read the cards bar code. In a time that theft from your cards is real. That people can scan your cards by just be close to you is scary. Now some cards have chips in them...yet not all do.

I love these - I bought them after seeing an article on Facebook describing how would-be thieves are stealing information without even having physical contact with the cards. I now feel more secure carrying my cards with me at places like the mall and the airport.

These sleeves have no visible lining whatsoever. They look as if they are made out of just plain paper. How effective can that be? (I have a proper sleeve for another document card which has a foil lining). I think I have been made a fool with this purchase!
