tl;dr - good for the price, could do much better. Tastes cheap/artificial, mixes alright, causes energy spikes/needle sensation.Average: 3/5 For the price and number of servings you get, this stuff is stellar. But if you're like me and want to go to the gym feeling your best and want to do everything possible, including finding the best pre-workout, to make your time at the gym as intense, yet effortless as possible, then this wasn't it.Taste: 2/5 It tasted really artificial to me, and like a really cheap version of Gatorade.Mixability: 4/5 Mixed well, with no clumps or leftover solid particulate at the bottom. However, I don't think all the solid was quite dissolved. There was a bit of graininess towards the end that I could taste (though couldn't see, as opposed to other powders.Feel: 3/5 It caused jitters for me. Definitely not as smooth as some of the other ones I've tried. Instead of a clean constant flow of energy, I had jitters and the needles-in-my-neck-and-back sensations. Got me through my workout, though I didn't truly enjoy the experience.

Haven't use it again since the initial try. It made the skin on my face feel itchy and flush. It also gave me a "buzz" and not in a good way. I felt extremely jittery and out of it. Not how I want to feel while working out. Very disappointing. Will alter the "dose" and give this another try...at some time after getting over this first experience.

Great product, I have used it for cardio and strength training. It has a healthy dosage of creatine to assist with those last few reps. 50 servings a container is rare for a quality pre workout, so it's worth a try. I just wish more flavors were available.

Bang for the buck hands down is simply amazing!!! Light jitters, I get a huge pump from it though. I can feel it start working within 10 minutes of taking it and I'm just taking 1 scoop with 8 oz of water. So easy to mix up taste is pretty good considering its fruit punch. I have recommended this product to several friends already.

Good workout but was getting headaches after every workout so stop using it will not buy again and powder turn into like crumps like rock

This will get you fired up about going to the gym! And they are honest about what is in it! But 300mg of caffeine? Go kill yourself; that is way too much. That is more than three cups of coffee in one serving. Damn. 4 stars because I can't blame them for not reading the label closely.

I did not like Velocity PWO. I've used several PWOs before but never had a reaction like this. Became nauseous and got a sever headache every time I used it. I think it might be the Yohimbe. I should have done a little more research. Won't be buying again.

I love it! It's definitely one of the best pre workouts I have had. It gives a great pump, no crash and you can keep going for hours if you want to! I would recommend to anyone!
