We recommend washing the cutting board in lukewarm water and regular dish soap. Bamboo cutting boards should not be cleaned in the dishwasher to avoid damaging the boards. Users should store the boards in a cool, dry area. Apply food-grade mineral oil and rub it into the wood every month. This helps prevent the cutting surface from getting split, broken or warped. Because bamboo is less porous than wood, there is less room for bacteria to take hold and make people ill. When oiling your bamboo cutting board set, do NOT use olive oil, walnut oil or any other type of oil besides Food Grade Mineral Oil on the bamboo. Doing so should help maintain the wooden cutting boardBamboo is a 100% renewable resource. This three piece cutting board set is environmentally friendly, versatile, functional and beautiful. - Our bamboo cutting board set includes a small, medium and large cutting board in each purchase. There is plenty of food prep space for the whole family. The boards measure as follows: ♣ Large: 13" x 9.5" ♣ Medium: 11" x 8.5" ♣ Small: 8" x 6" We offer a no-questions-asked, 100% money back guarantee on every product sold.
