The spin brush broke in less than a week of recieving and using.The rotating mechanism that the brush head affixes to stopped rotating with only minimal, light use, in less than a week.The disappointing thing is that I need a facial cleaning spin brush device- waited couple days for this to arrive without the cleaning I need, now this is broken in an incredibly fast time and again I'm without what I need- oh and the refund wont be issued until up to 7 days after I get to go through the hassle of sending the broken piece of junk back. Thanks for not helping me fulfill a need, but for delaying me getting something that functions and for tying up my cash while I get to screw around with mailing trash back to you- I use Amazon Prime exactly to avoid situations like this and crappy product and poor customer service policies. This time Amazon Prime let me down

Poor product if you plan to use it for exfoliating. The company does not give you any attachment heads other than the brushes that come with it and they don't have any you can purchase separately either. If you need to deeply exfoliate, the included heads won't do the job. Also, if you put any pressure on the brush it slows down or stops. It only works if you just touch it to your skin, even on a full charge. I was disappointed. I got this as a gift so I won't be returning. Other companies offer a similar product with many head attachments included and the price is a lot less. At this price point, more attachments should be included.

This brush hits all the right notes. It fully spins 360° (which I prefer), rather than oscillating movements seen in the well known, more expensive brand out there. This brush feels like it has a bit of weight due to quality materials. Others I've tried under $20 felt chintzy and burn out fast. The price for this brush is just right, and so far it works like a charm!****UPDATE***** Stopped working after 4 months. Company wanted to communicate off Amazon. No WAY!

Very high quality product. The brush is very soft, the machine is not loud at all. It runs smoothly. I’ve using it for 6 months and i like it so far. I charged it once in October and it lasted so long, like for months before i need to charge again. I use 3-4 times per week. I think it helps with my blackheads, i like to wash it with warm water before putting on my face, that way it makes the brush even softer.

I have tried many different cleaners/brushes/scrubbers, but so far this is the best system for cleaning my face. It cleans deep without being abrasive. Very pleased with it!

I love this product and already treated myself to a facial using the sauna and face scrubber. I’ve had different sauna and facial scrubber models before but this one from Okachi Gliya is both high tech and beautiful! The scrubber charger has a built in cleaning/disinfecting system using UV light. I bought a second one and had it shipped to my sister for her birthday. she loves it, too.

I like the dryer feature and that it kills the bacteria so that you have a clean start on every use, the left and right rotation setting of the brush. it’s rechargeable, I bought two different types of brushes they were cheaper. One was battery operated, which I hated because of constantly changing them out. And the other was a rechargeable also but would slang the soap all around my bathroom when I used it. They were ok but this one is AWESOME ‼️

I purchased this facial brush last month. After one week of using the device, it stopped working. I charged it overnight for more than 12hrs but still will not work. I kept on charge for 2days. It worked for about 2 seconds then stopped working again.

Have used this a few times now. Leaves the skin beautifully soft and feels so clean after using. Have ordered some more heads, as it is recommended to change them every 3 months. Plus my 11 year old daughter has pinched the soft brush head that comes with it so we are sharing it (for now until she gets her own!)
