Worst packaging ever!
The first shipment arrived with only the "tub" part of the cart, even though the tub was marked, "This is a set, do not separate". So, Amazon had UPS pick up the tub, and shipped me a new cart. Second cart arrived yesterday- box was separated from the tub, but at least both pieces arrived this time. Box was pretty beat up, too. No instructions included, just an exploded parts diagram. Bolts, nuts, washers, etc, were loosely installed on the metal tubing parts, NOT in a plastic bag, so many of the fasteners had worked loose during shipping and were scattered in the box upon receipt. And, of course, some of the loose parts either fell out of the box during shipping, or were never included in the first place. Good thing we had extra bolts on hand, or it would have meant another trip to the hardware store, just to put together this cart.I think the cart is perfect for the job I had in mind, however, Rugged Ranch and/or Horizon Distributing needs to get their act together and do a MUCH better job packaging their product! I could blame UPS and FedEx, since I received a cart from each shipper, but I think the blame rests on the manufacturer. I also think that Amazon is aware of the problem, since one cannot leave packaging or delivery feedback for this product. This is the first time I have been really disappointed in a product that I received from Amazon, but this was a major disappointment.

Rugged Cart
Last month, I bought my 2nd one. The first was so awesomely great, I wanted a 2nd one. Now my wife can leave her garden gear in the cart, and I can still go to the wood pile and bring in wood, or haul gear around the ranch. But, neither cart was was complete. The first one was pre-assembled at the supply center, and within a week, 15% of the hardware had fallen off. I attributed that to the fact that generic clerks assembled it.The 2nd one I ordered from the same center, several years later. It arrived as the plastic tub, and a half shredded cardboard box semi-shrink wrapped into the tub. Upon opening, half the hardware was absent, but at least the instruction sheet was there and I did have an existing model to follow.Sadly, the new cart is a thinner gauge plastic than the earlier model I have, which is quite obvious. And since it's such a pricey item, I'd have thunk that the packaging would have been such that it would have retained the hardware in the box.Minus 1 star for poor packaging.
