Since I can’t find refills for this that aren’t way too expensive does the 22oz can of Woolite fit this?

The refills are only $4 at target and Walmart :) you also don’t need to insert the cans if you don’t want to. Any spray foam carpet cleaner works . Just spray it on the floor and then scrub with your resolve brush. My cans last longer that way too.

Do you have Resolve carpet cleaner refills for dispenser?

Regular cannisters of resolve are usable as refills.

how long does it take to dry before I can vacuum?

It dried fully within 15 to 20 minutes, you’ll notice all the pet hair comes to the top and then I vacuumed and it was beautiful!
