Product was out of shape and failed to expand properly.The mattress is usable, however it is not completely flat. The mattress is not level all across and symmetrically.It appears that the mattress has a shelf life after being rolled up and compressed in storage.

This mattress did not raise to the full 7 inch as it should, and the sides were uneven
