Delivery was sooner than expected which was great ! Extra charge for unwrapping and setting up furniture which if I didn't read a review .furniture would have been dropped off at my door.furniture looks nice however too early to tell how it will wear .....so I give it 3 stars..

The furnitures in this collection are pretty good on both making quality and the material used. All the parts can be put together with tight and neat without even the smallest gap. The instruction is clear and simple.However, when we tried to put it together, we found one of the gasket is missing. At first, we just thought maybe it is mis-placed in other parts but then we noticed it is lost before shipping to us or was not put in at all.I think maybe they could put one or two more such pieces in the box just in case such small parts got missed in the initial package so that we do not need bother to ask them to ship it and thus suffer a long wait.

I received my delivery on 3/18/14 at around noon. Unfortunately the set was not able to be delivered when I was home later in the evening, so my husband had to sign for it. When I came home I immediately fell in love with the set, however the loveseat was damaged. I contacted Amazon within hours of delivery, and they advised that they would reach out to the seller and to allow 48 hrs for a response.On 3/19, I was contacted via email by Furniture Creations and was asked to provide pictures of the damage as well as a description. I complied and sent 4 pictures the same day.On 3/22, I received a response from Furniture Creations stating the following "Thank you for your photos. This appears to be a manufacturer defect. I have submitted the photos to them for further review. They are closed for the weekend so I will follow up with you beginning of this week once I receive a response from them. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you with this"My frustration started to build as this was obviously going to drag out until the next week.Much to my dismay the next response I received on 3/24 was that Furniture Creations was "limited" in the options they could offer because we did not note "damage" on the delivery receipt. I had no idea that I had to inspect a product before I let the delivery guy leave the premises, had I known that I would have my husband follow those directions.On 3/26, I was offered a $115 refund instead of my request to replace the damaged item. This is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. It's basic customer service 101 to replace a damaged item or "manufacturer defect" as Furniture Creations worded it. They've admitted that it was defective, yet refuse to replace it, simply because I did not note the defect on the receipt? That is the biggest crock I have EVER heard.So now, here I am escalating through Amazon in hopes for a more satisfactory resolution. I really hope I don't have to escalate to the BBB....but i will if I have to.It's a shame because the furniture (minus the defect) is absolutely amazing and I love it.But the customer service is an atrocity.I will update this review once I hear amazon's resolution.

I ordered on weekend and it shipped out the following Monday while i checked online...the customer service was quite nice and accommodating...it delivered the following Friday, which only took 5 business days...However, i had to pay an extra 85 dollars plus tip to have the sofa delivered to my apartment...overall, it was a terrific experience. the sofa set arrived in excellent shape and package, it took me 2 hours to assemble...I will recommend buying again...by the way, I am based in New York City...

This company as well as the company they use to ship (YRC) are a NIGHTMARE to work with. I had the exact same experience as the other individual who rated this set one star, so I will keep this short. If you order this set, DO NOT LET THE DRIVER LEAVE WITHOUT FULLY INSPECTING EVERY INCH OF THIS SET. Unwrap it, put it together, all of it. Tie the delivery man up if you have to so he doesn't go anywhere. There was a tear in the loveseat that was hidden by the packaging. The company has offered to send a very small amount of money in lieu of repair or replacement - an amount of money that was completely arbitrary and not based on a picture, an appraisal, nothing. The tear is NOT repairable, so I basically just have to live with it. They let this drag on so long now that I have no recourse through Amazon. To top it all off, the last customer service person I emailed with (because God forbid anyone actually call to speak with you), Pete, was a condescending jerk. I would NOT EVER recommend that ANYONE buy this set, for the reason only that Furniture Creations is a terrible company to work with when their own products are damaged.All of this is a shame, because the set is lovely.

Bought these about 4 months ago. Delivery was on time. It was nicely pack and protected, but make sure you have someone to help you bring the furniture inside because the delivery man will make sure you know he will not help at all. It's not very heavy so two people will be fine. Furniture very nice, bond end cream color leather. I use as my main furniture in my loving room with 3 boys. Holds up very nicely it's vet comfy. I love them!!!!!

Very attractive and comfy...for awhile. Going into year three the leather started to peel. Now it looks horrible and we have to replace it. Don't get this if you're looking for something that will last.

We love this sofa set. It is very elegant and comfortable. This set is a perfect fit for our living room. We purchased it from furniture creations / amazon.com and the customer service is great.Cons: There was a slight delay in delivery and sofa has a small damage, however, customer service (furniture creations) has taken care of it
