Too bad Jake Parker only wrote two of them! But they're both good!

My second grader loves this book! It's hard to find good books for budding astronauts so I was relieved to find this, then very pleased when it was such a hit. Although my grandson reads at a higher level, this was his first exposure to a comic book format; quickly informed by the pictures and character expressions he reads with great expression and sound effects- which is an enjoyable and surprising experience for both of us.

My 4 year old just loves to "read" thru these books. The pictures are vibrant and active and it's pretty long so it takes him a while to get thru it. I haven't read it myself so can't comment on the the content. But once he is reading more I will read thru it and update.

My kids love this book and for a 5 year old who is just getting into reading, it's a real blessing to find something he's interested in reading. It holds his attention for 30 minutes at a time at least. And from a parent's point of view, it's refreshing that it's a graphic novel that is appropriate for his age group and not racy or vulgar.

Bought for our 7 year old. The themes are a bit dark and maybe too violent, but the drawings are excellent and the story is very appealing to a 40 something child of the star wars generation. Love it.

We first found Missile Mouse at our local library. We checked out the book, and my 7-year-old son didn't put it down for 2 weeks. I had to recheck it. He went to bed with it every night and leafed thru the pages before he fell asleep. It is a great series to get your young reader started on graphic novels.

My 6 year old boy twins love Missile Mouse! Like many little boys, their interest in reading increases with the number of words like "SMACK!" "WUMP!" "ZAP!" "CRACK!" and "KABOOM!" Comic book violence of the Tom and Jerry level with plenty of high tech space adventure thrown in, there's nothing here a 6 year old shouldn't read.

I got this book on a whim and had no idea or background on it. It turned out that my son loved it and read it several times.

Excellent artwork and story that has a real classic sci-fi vibe. All the characters (good and bad) have a sort of charm to them which made connecting with the story a lot of fun and appealing to all ages. Hopefully Jake will continue the series in the future.

Tolle Geschichte mit schönen Illustrationen, die auch für Kinder geeignet sind. Gut durchdachte Geschichte, welche mich an Star Wars erinnert. Kurz gesagt: großartig

Cómic muy entretenido de aventuras/sci-fi con los magníficos dibujos de Jake Parker. El único pero que le veo es que no es más largo :)

My boys love the adventures of Missile Mouse. I would recommend this graphic novel to anyone with children aged 6+.
