Spartan Fit Spartan Fit Speed Jumping Rope and Case - 10 Feet

I'd been wanting to get into jumping rope since I'd learned that it was one of the most efficient ways to burn calories. I really like the feel of this rope. It's a good weight and I can quickly get into a fast rhythm. The handles might be a bit small. I have small hands and they fit well in them. I wonder if they might feel too small in larger hands. The little knobs to shorten the rope work well, and even with 5 inches hanging off both ends, I didn't have any problem with it. I didn't hit myself at all. The carrying pouch is nice and a convenient way to store the rope when it's not in use. This rope felt like the same high quality that I've used at my boxing gym.**I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. This is one of the best jump rope for double unders I have ever bought! It's light & fast & speed turn really well. I do Crossfit which has a lot jump roping for warmup or work out & I have to say after I adjusted the rope to the right size it worked like great for me.I initially purchased the rope & the screw to tighten my rope for the right height didn't work right, I contacted the seller & like the best seller In the the world, they replaced the jump rope asap! Am very impressed with the product & their customer service & I am recommending the jump rope to everyone especially at my Gym!

This rope is a nice medium weight speed rope with easily adjustable length. The carrying bag keeps it from getting tangled in my gym bag. I can't tell whether this is really good for double unders or not, as I am horrible at them. But it works well for practicing and doesn't cause the painful lashes on the legs when I miss a jump.

Former collegiate baseball player, gym junkie, and health enthusiast... This product is amazing and innovative.You are expanding from the traditional bands and able to target multiple body parts. Furthermore, you are able to do more effective workouts and full body workouts than normal bands.All ages can use this from young developing youth kids, rehabilitation purposes, elderly usage, and all rotational sports.I highly recommend this and if you don't have time to pop in the gym to hit squats... use this, I am telling you.

I have had a terrible time trying to use this jump rope. I though that I had made the rope too short but am able to easily use a rope of equal length supplied by the local gym. I am not sure what the problem is but I find the rope to be very unsatisfactory.

I purchased two jump ropes, one for me and the other for my friend because I thought this would be a quality product based on the high number of good reviews it had. I received these jump ropes a couple days ago and I decided to pop one open and give it a try. I enjoyed this jump rope for the f first few minutes it was out of the packaging and then the rope gets stuck under my foot and the hardware goes flying. The rope came loose leaving me with only the handle in one hand and it took me a while to find all the pieces. I did use a screw driver to adjust the rope before skipping so I made sure the screws weren't loose and they were properly secured in place. I've had Nike jump ropes in the past and the recent one lasted me about two years and it was abused and used weekly. I will most likely go back to their product.

I bought this fancy jump rope because it said it was "Spartan", and I wanted to be all warrior-like after one random afternoon of watching 300 movie (2006). Despite adjusting the length of the rope, the excess rope still managed to assault me while attempting to jump rope. The material on this rope is the consistency of wires with a coating so if you accidentally hit yourself, you will get whipped and burned.Make no mistake - this is a superior quality product. However, it's not for amateurs, nor short people. I guess we're not all meant to be Spartans :-(

Great buy for the money!! I bought this jump rope a few months ago to practice my double unders, it works great and withstand wear and tear. It is well built and the company is great!! Needed replacement parts and they took care of it right away!!
