3.5 Stars / 5I was super excited about this book, because the 4th one in this series (the first one that deals with Smith and Belle) was super good!Now in this one, Smith kind of broke down, and the whole macho ordeal went right out the window. He was protective, but a little too much of a wuss for my taste. The smart banter I came to love in the first book, turned into worrying about Belle, and Belle getting hurt and needing to be saved - so much for a strong heroine.With that said, I still adored this book, and if given the opportunity, I would read the series again! I just compare this to the rating I gave the 4th book, and it just wasn't as good.

I must admit that I wasn't as impressed with Smith and Belle's story compared to Alexander and Clara's until I read this book. It was chalk full of mystery and suspense with lots of sex thrown in for good measure.Belle is certainly a spitfire and by no means a shrinking violet even after all the back and forth that Smith is throwing her way. As she gets drawn further into Hammond's web, Smith realizes he can't let her go this time. There are also some heartwarming moments the couple share that leaves you rooting for them all the way. Take note though, this books ends in a cliffhanger but the next book is already out so you can dive right into it and see what happens without a wait.

I liked the story line for the most part. Sure it's predictable, but that's not really an issue. I read these stories for the fantasy. I do like that the Belle/Smith stories are much more BDSM oriented than the Clara/Alexander stories. And I think Ms Lee does a pretty good job of capturing the emotions and mindset of a sub who's not just a doormat.What I had a really hard time with was the editing - or rather lack thereof. The typos, grammar errors, and in many cases downright incomprehensible sentences were so prevalent that it seriously detracted from the story. I can excuse a typo here and there, but this book is more error than correct. It made it difficult to read, and hence my low rating. If an editor actually got paid for this, he/she should be ashamed. If it weren't for these errors, I probably would have given at least 4 stars.

Geneva Lee has a way of making every book better than the last.Smith and Belles journey has been one rollercoaster ride.I don't like spoilers and I know you read the synopsis so I will just tell you to grab this one in the Royal Saga and you will be glad you did. Bring a fan with you because Smith will melt your pantries right off. Be warned it is not the end of Smith's and Belle"s story. Much more to come. My tears are falling as I right this so have your tissues near as well.I love Smith and Belle. I would definitely give this more than 5 stars.

Will Hammond ruin them all?Geneva puts a spell on you from the first Chapter and it won't brake until December!I didn't like the beginning as much as the rest of the book, but I got hooked all the same.And I really like that we got small clues about things that happend in the first books in the Royal Saga.4,5/5 Royal Stars

I read all of the books in this series on my kindle over one weekend, I could not put them down! I hardly ever write reviews but this author and her series is so fabulous I couldn't not. Book 3 actually had me in tears, I can't remember the last time a novel moved me so much. I was absolutely gutted that I have to wait for book 6, damn this lady knows how to deliver a cliff hanger. Definitely my favourite series of its genre, it beats other more well known trilogies hands down.

I love the royals collection I just can't seem to put the books down. A must read from the start of the collection.

Smith and Belle really start to live their life and keep them alive.Smith does everything in his power to bring down the people trying to hurt Belle and him.Really enjoyed the story and it was well written.

Really enjoying these books shame I'm on the last one can't wait to start reading the last one will miss them when I have read all 6 such lovely story lines we'll done Geneva Lee
