Pocket Rocket Of Sunlight & High Quality
The Manker E14 4 Cree XP-G2 / Cree XP-G3 / Nichia. is absolutely amazing. Extremely powerful and high quality flashlight. Form, Fit, Function are spot on. The quality of this flashlight is second to none. As soon as you hold it you know it is constructed of quality materials, and vey well made. Everything about this flashlight was well thought out. The button on the tail cap is solid, the titanium deep carry pocket clip is very nice, and yes it is a little tight, but it does loosen up a little and it also depends on what type of pants you are wearing on how tight the clip will be in regard to fastening it to your pants. I purchased the Nichia 219C 1600 Lumen LED version and I am glad that I did. The neutral warm color producing LED's work amazing. Extremely bright, doesn't wash out colors, and yes it does produce more heat than the cool white LED's. That is the only negative drawback. The 4 Nichia LED's work great, and yes, when you have this little pocket rocket on level setting 5,6 or 7, it will get hot. It has all of the safety features that step it down to keep you safe, and to also protect the flashlight. The circuit boards on the internals are clean, high quality, the springs are also in the head of the flashlight and also in the tail cap. ( Pistol Mount ) Hmmmmm. This flashlight turns night into day. This flashlight has the best moonlight setting out of all my flashlights and I have plenty of them from Manker, Nitecore, Klarus, BYB Light, J5 Tactical, and others. The moonlight setting is great for low level light at night that doesn't interfere with you night vision, and then with each soft touch of the tail cap button, it goes from one more bright level to OMG!!! The setting that I use the most are from level one to level 4, and if I need to light up the entire area, then there is level five through seven for that. I use the Nitecore IMR 18350 battery with the standard battery tube, and I also purchased the extension tube for any of my 18650 IMR high drain batteries such as Nitecore, Klarus, and Orbtronic. This provides obviously longer run times, and the flashlight will run a little cooler, but will still get hot on the high settings. Yes; the instructions are confusing. I just played with the flashlight and learned how to use it. It's not rocket science, and there is always YouTube. The copper head work great at drawing the heat away from the circuits, which means it can get hot. All of my high power lights get hot on the max setting. This flashlight is amazing, very well constructed, high quality, great Form, Fit, & Finish. I highly recommend this flashlight to anyone who wants an extremely bright, dependable flashlight that is also very compact. Great product at a great price. I use this around my home, at work, take it out on walks, use it for my many hobbies, car repair, and so much more. Buy this flashlight, you will be happy that you did. I have attached some pictures that I just took outside with the flashlight in the max setting, and a picture with the flashlight in my hand. You can see the copper head of the flashlight.

Nice light
I bought this light for a couple reasons. 1. The Nichia 219c LED's. They are beautiful. My favorite tint so far. 2. There is a Manker E14 II coming out very soon that replaces the tail clicky with a clicky on the side. I wanted to get another one of this model in case they are discontinued (I like the tail clicky better). I got this light with the 18650 extension. My protected Orbtronic and KeepPower batteries are too fat for the light. The unprotected Samsung Q30 batteries fit great. The Samsung Q30 are probably better for this light anyway. I really like the firmware on this light. The moon light mode is really nice to have.

Shockingly bright. Beautiful construction.
Ok, so I recently returned a 3,000 lumen light for a small defect. I'd planned to order another, until this light arrived today.I'll start by saying that the instructions are quite confusing, and if you unscrew the middle piece, be sure to screw it in the same way. It will go in either way, but the light only turns on if it's in the original orientation. So why am I giving it 5 stars? This is one of the brightest lights I've ever held. Beautiful construction, and I love the copper. Seems to keep it a lot cooler on the high setting.I have a Thrunite Neutron that is like 1,000 or 1,100 lumens. That is nothing compared to this light. I have no intention of reordering that (much larger) Klarus 3,000 lumen because this thing seems so much brighter. Approaching the light output of my Nitecore TM26. Using Nitecore 18350's (highly recommended). Tested with a Nitecore 16340 and seemed to work great, but I see no advantage to going with a smaller battery.

Three stars, battery's don't last long
Sweet little pocket light, last one is missing accessery package, clip layerd strap& extra button cover, called Amazon& seller and can't get the extra parts, or anyone to call me back about it, this is the second time this has happened.I ordered these for my son. Mine, the first one I bought was fine, had all parts, and accesserys

Bright and power.
Nice and bright little flash light. But be careful if you put it on the highest brightness setting. The copper other part of flashlight will get hot enough where you can hold on to it anymore. But also drains battery very quick. Over all great little bright flashlight for quick use.

This light sucks!
This little light has so much potential, but fails to deliver. Advertised as having up to 1600 lumens, maybe it gets 500 lm on turbo. It only takes a 3 volt battery, so that eliminates all 16340 batteries that could help performance. Great design and styling, with 4 leds in a mini light. But, there are so many lights out there in this size that blows the socks off this light. I do NOT recommend this light. And, it’s heavy for its size, too.

Get the Astrolux
This is identical to the Astrolux flashlight, but twice the price. Go buy two of those instead. It's ridiculouly bright and fairly well made. It is not something I would suggest as an everyday carry because it is not as durable as some other choices and toggling through the modes is very difficult. The glass lens is very thin and fragile looking and the led housing is a clear cheap injection molded plastic. The copper heat sink is very effective and gets hot enough to burn skin. Dropping it from waist level didn't break it, but it has a very significant dent on the head. Don't think it will survive too many falls.

It is a fantastic light, the only thing I would change is ...
It is a fantastic light, the only thing I would change is having a side button vs. the tail switch. It would be very nice if it came with the extended tube for 18650 batteries. I do like having 7, yes 7 levels of brightness.
