Culwell PC3 Premium Property Saving Toilet Flange with PVC O-Ring Compression and White/Blue Ring, 3-Inch

In order for this product to work properly you have to have a certain type of floor and thin at that. That is not in the description. Secondly the directions say that toilet should lay on this if it is flush with the floor, I did not find that as fact either. I have to shim my toilet in order for this to work.

I use it on my basement!
