Duo Binder - Burgundy (D-150-BG)

The duo binder has a huge number of uses around the house and on the go. It makes a perfect travel binder, you can keep travel details and itineraries in the ring binder and then file day by day or collect brochures and memorabilia in the pockets.I've used one to organize by college bound senior--first with applications and correspondence and now that he's settled on a school, I have contact sheets, a calendar and other documents in page protectors in the ring binder and the file can be used for other items such as statements, insurance papers and bank records. I've even prepared a vehicle maintenance log and budget forms for him in the binder part.It's compact and secure and brings the best of two useful office supplies into one item. Genius!

I love the functionality of the binder but I find that I am really lazy to no fault of the binder. I used two of these...one for my baby's records and important documents and the others to keep household info, coupons, receipts, etc. I end up stacking my filing next to these instead of taking the time to open them up. They are not challenging to get into but I find that I don't make it a priority to open it up like I should. Quality item and love the vibrant colors. I received this green one as well as one in turquoise. Will repurchase for other projects and make myself use them more!

I purchased this to help get organized for my job as a merchandiser. The rings keep my current guidelines and information for the weekly jobs of setting up for new items and doing resets. The expandable folder with is heavy duty plastic and has seven divisions with tabs built into it. Very nice. Also comes with paper tabs to insert.The only downside it that the closures are an elastic band to slide into a grooved plastic button. Not sure how long the elastic will last.I would recommend this to anyone looking for something to help them get organized for home or job. It is portable without being bulky.I am glad I got it.

I bought this to use a travel binder and I thought I would like this a lot more. Though, it is very functional I found it to be a little cumbersome using it for this purpose. It kept everything neat and organized but was a little hard to produce things quickly as is often needed when traveling! One of the first things that helped was to stretch/bend back the flaps a little. If not, they would flap over when you are trying to use. Very annoying. In sum, great product but I'll have to find another use for it.

This folder/binder combo is a little too bulky for my tastes. It's clasped closed by 2 elastic bands and 2 grooves to hang them on (it does keep it closed even though it feels like it won't). However, for organization this is a good product as it does have a lot of separations to hold documents and can hold quite a bit of loose leaf paper. Aesthetics-wise I do love the design, green is my favorite color and I do like plant motifs (though someone asked me if there were weed leaves on it).Bottom line: If you have a hand out heavy course (or a few courses) and either have a bag big enough (or hand big enough) to lug this around then by all means, invest in it. It won't disappoint.

I liked the binder. The color was ligher than what showed on my computer, that was fine with me. It was exactly as decribed which please me. The only problem was that the latch doesn't work. I was really upset about that, and to get a refund or replacement, it would cost me to send it back. So I am going to have to figure out a way to get it to latch. I hate buying products that don't work the way they are suppose to.

As a teacher I love this purchase! I use it every day to tote around my papers to grade! I use the binder for the answer keys for grading, and the pockets for the papers from each class! Perfect! just wish it would hold more papers in the pocket.I don't like how when you open the binder section, the latch for the pockets comes open, but I guess every great invention has flaws!

I love this binder! I bought two of them and will be buying more very soon. I use them for work, school, and home organization. They are nice looking and things stay in place while in transport. I say this is a must buy for anyone that likes to stay organized. The price is such a bargain too!
