Sorry, they looked great in the package but during the perm ...done by my sister who's given me many perms.... 5 of them snapped - 2 while I had the plastic bag on my head! As you can imagine it messed up my perm. Maybe they were old perm rods and the elastic had deteriorated? Would never buy these again.
