This is a nice sanitizing spray. It is easy to use and It as come in handy. I use it every day after a work out. Although the directions say to spray the damp cloth and then wipe the mat. The scent is like a grapefruit and lemony scent. I don't find it amazing but it is not bad. I helps to add a refresh scent to the mat. However, the scent does not last a long time. It kind of fades away. Also, after I wipe it on, the texture it leaves needs to be rinse off but that is a personal decision. While do not think that this offers a deep cleaning experience, it does a nice job to maintain your mat clean and fresh. it smells good too!
I was given a bottle of this as a free trial because I was having trouble cleaning my mat. I have a VERY oily complexion and my forehead grease was proving really hard to get off my mat! Yes, that's embarrassing!!! Thrive On Wellness was REALLY generous and sent me a bottle of this to try and see if it helped me with getting those embarrassing marks off my mat. And yes it did!! Oh, man, it smells good too!! I wish it weren't as pricey, I'd clean everything with it!!! I love this stuff, it cleans oil, dirt, and smells divine! THANK YOU Thrive On Wellness!!! great product for cleaning yoga mat
I love this stuff. I clean my mat in 3 sections: top, middle and bottom, every day or two. I spray it directly on the mat starting with the top section (about 9 sprays per section), wipe with a towel up/down and back/forth, then move to the middle section, then the bottom. I don't bother rinsing with a damp towel. I have been cleaning my yoga mats like this for years and there is no soap buildup. The ingredients are similar to other products with the same scent (which is lemony, but has rosemary extract). The price is good and the supplier has excellent customer service.
