I recommend reading the book, "The Mood Cure" by Julia Ross; it is a guide to help your determine if this product may be helpful, how and when to take it throughout the day, in combination with other supportive supplements: L-Tyrosine, GABA, DPLA (read the book, you may not need all four), in addition to other vitamins and minerals that assist these supplements to provide optimum benefits. The condensed description is that GABA helps with mood elevation (as in lifting the 'dark cloud'). I have used this successfully and experienced good results. Again, I cannot stress this enough, proceed with caution with the support and advice of your physician.

All is well. Everything has been taken care of. However, there was an incident where vitamins spilled out of the the container and the shoe cleaner leaked all over, causing it to completely drench everywhere! Had to be something to do with the heat and the monsoon…

I took 1 100mg capsule the first night and I had what was probably the best night's sleep in my entire life. I've had insomnia since I was 12 and I haven't gotten a good night's sleep since (I am 21 years old). But the morning after I took it for the first time I was feeling amazing! I had no appetite and barely ate anything all day but I had so much energy and I felt so happy. It was as if my normally very loud inner monologue telling me that I'm a terrible person was finally quiet. I felt at peace for the first time. This "high" lasted a few days and then it sort of mellowed out. I started taking 1 every 12 hours instead of every 24 hours and it was working decently well. It's been 2 months since I started taking it and I think it's stopped working completely. My mood has been a nightmare and I wake up every morning feeling completely exhausted as if I didn't sleep at all. I'm exhausted all day long. It also seems to have caused me to gain weight? I was surprised because for about a month I barely ate anything but I think the lack of food killed my metabolism and made me gain weight. I am going to stop taking it for a while and see how I feel.
