I like the small size and the fact that you only need to take one per serving.

The double pack is a great deal

I don't like the way it tastes at all but it's tiny and easy to swallow quickly and chase it down with oj or something like that. I like that it has a safe amount of everything. It's nearly impossibly to find multivitamins that don't have like a zillion percent of the daily dose of everything. And of course I like that it's vegan. I won't take any other kind. Most surprisingly I don't get nauseated or a headache after I take these either. I might feel a tiny bit queasy right when I'm swallowing because of the earthy chalky (? hard to describe) taste but that's it. If you use a med container do be aware that it can sort of permeate and cause the other pills with it to taste similar. But overall this is the best and also happens to be insanely cheap

Vitamins are great but the plastic bottle is less than half full, creating unnecessary plastic waste.

These has the majority of what i need without jacking up the daily values. Although they don't contain d3 i take them alongside, it's perfectly safe. As soon as they arrived i took one and received a flush of "yep my body has been missing its vitamins". I had been taken a prenatal, had no issues but they contained to much folate. I searched up and down az to find the multivitamin that would foot the bill. I know some vitamins are recommended to take over 100% dv in order to absorb better. I drink powered form moringa and loose leaf hibiscus tea, to make up for the extra. This vitamin allows the room in order to do so. Most companies these days want to push gummies and i don't like that. They're filled with all kinds of sugar, excess biotin and sodium borate which is bad. I already have to take slow fe because of iron deficiency so i needed a vitamin without. Look no further if you're on the hunt for a good multivitamin. Those big brands are trash including centrum. I started looking at what's added as fillers in the vitamin and nothing came close to this one. You can't beat the quality and price for a vegan vitamin.
