I had a mouse get into the insulation of the kitchen stove and it left a stinky mess. I used this to replace it and it worked great. My wife can use her oven again.

The media could not be loaded. This was enough insulation to double layer a 50 gallon steel drum to make a kiln. I was able to get it up to over 1,000 degrees C with a weed burner torch. I still have several square feet of product left over. I did use fire bricks on the bottom I stead of insulation. Wear gloves. It makes you itch like fiberglass insulation just not as bad. I used an extendable razor knife to cut it.

Don't listen to bad reviews. I ordered the 25'×24"×1" and put it into high pressure, high temperature, diesel pressure washers and it works great. It is compacted well and doesn't fall apart easily either.

The product just as good as I expected. It arrived on time although the packaging took a beating during shipping. At just under $100.00 for the 25’ roll it was a great value for the money! I am using it to line a small forge for knife making and it really holds the heat in. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to build their own forge or other similar items like kilns and pizza ovens.

Good but a bit pricey

You get a lot of material for what you pay. Very good for building pizza ovens and keeps heat in and not out.

I don't know why they ask in the review if it's lightweight. It is not lightweight, but instead it is very heavy, meaning it is not a cheap thinly spun product. I would give this an A+
