I rarely give product reviews but felt I had to for this supplement. I have taken many supplements in the past and enjoy trying different ones out. I wanted to shed a few extra pounds for the summer and drop some body fat. I took this supplement in combination with Conjugated Linoleic Acid CLA Complex and the results were awesome. I wish I would have taken some pictures to show it but I have received many complements from people I know that could see the difference. I highly recommend this product for losing weight or trying to get rid of those stubborn areas of fat that you have problems with.

I have fibromyalgia. I started taking these supplements, along with many others, at the behest of an nutritive medicine doc. While I no longer see the doc and no longer take many of the supplements, I still take these. They seem to lessen pain and help with the recovery of my muscles after exercise, such as taking the stairs to my second floor apartment. I stopped taking them for a month, and I noticed the difference so I started taking these again. This product works. The supplement ships to me on time and is a help to me.

Ok product, but I'm still fat. It is not entirely this product's fault.

L-Carnitine was recommended to me by my aesthetician to help with my weight loss program to burn fat and it works really well. I haven't had any side effects from it like insomnia which is important to me.

I haven't noticed a difference yet but still haven't given up....I'm in my late 50's & realize my diminished hormones don't fight the flab as easier in my younger days! 😃

I've been taking one a day for a couple of years and believes it helps me to keep my body fat lower.
