The file itself is quite nice, in an attractive sturdy case, and looked to be something I'd enjoy using. It left my nails with a shiny buffed sheen I thought looked beautiful and very healthy.Unfortunately, it came at a price: I found that in using the file, the fine abrasive seems to have thinned my normally strong, nearly unbreakable nails into unhealthy ones that chip and tear!After using the buffer, I liked the shine and thought, wow, what a nice product. I didn't spend hours on end buffing my nails. I shined them once when I got the file, then throughout the next week, a gentle swipe here and there to maintain the shine. Over the following week, I was pretty busy and misplaced the file. I began to notice the condition of my nails was odd; apparently the file thinned out my nail plate to the point that the growing nail became weakened, and as soon as it grew out it bent and chipped away. If that's what seems to have happened, I'll have to wait until the ENTIRE length of nail grows out and my normal stronger nails grow in. That will take some time, and I'm afraid the nail plate is too damaged to do anything other than cut off the nail as it grows out and keep my nails short. No manicures or polish, as I'm afraid to do anything that might cause any more stress to my nails. I didn't dream that my nails would react like this! I'm really disappointed and more than a little dismayed.I'm just keeping my hands out of hot water and detergents by wearing gloves, and then at night moisturizing them with Vitamin E oil and sleeping in cotton gloves to try to strengthen and condition them. My nails will recover just fine. But I won't be using the file anymore. It's just too easy to cause damage. all I did was maintain the shine, which did fade. I don't recommend this product to anyone, as my experience might not be unique.

1. Buffs the surface of the nail with virtually no pressure and very quickly. Literally a mirror-like shine - last pic, you can see the window in my thumbnail! You can still see some deformation at the base of my nails from using fake nails to break my horrid nail-biting habit, but it buffed out all the rough patches and pits left from years of abuse. Nail polish is a no-go for me - it just makes me want to peel it all off with my teeth like a disgusting monster, especially when it chips. This, however, looks and feels just as good if not better!2. In the answered questions, the seller clearly states that this is a nail buffer intended for the surface of the nail, not for shaping the free edge. With that in mind, I bought this product specifically hoping that as a buffer, it would also double as a very gentle file - and for my thin, brittle nails, it works amazingly well! It files and shapes quickly and gently. It's nearly silent, too. (Note: they also state that only one side is textured - the other side is completely smooth and not intended for use. So don't be surprised, I guess; do your homework before you buy!)3. Bottom line: For weak, damaged nails like mine, this file is a life-saver. It's going in my purse immediately and permanently. The case is cute and sturdy; the file is thick. I have no fear of it breaking. Hands-down my favorite file; I can't wait until my nails grow out a little more and I can shape them properly!

Admittedly the first time I used this file I hurt my cuticles because I was trying to "buff" the top of the nail. No. It says you can. But no, that didn't work for me. It felt like I had little shards of glass around the base of my fingers.Why a five star review?Because as a traditional nail file (for shaping) it is really nice. I can find it anytime I need it. The case is super cool. And it's washable! I expect I'll have this around for a long time.

Do you hate how cardboard files are always bending, shedding their paper, and are impossible to clean? Then here's your answer. For real! I keep this thing with me all the time. It's thin, and relatively short. Barely takes up any space in your bag. It's a nice thick glass that has worked on my impossible nails!

I bought the rose gold as a Christmas present for one of my friends and loved it so I bought this one for myself. This one only has a file on one side and I don't know if the grain is wrong or what, but it doesn't leave my nails with the same smooth edge. I actually use the $0.99 nail file package I buy at the store over this thing.

I have been sick nail files that just don't do the trick. My nails are horrible. I'm constantly on the move and my nails take the brunt of the damage. I'm always chipping them, or ripping them, or something. Regular nail files are a pain because they don't do the job well. This glass nail file, not only is well protected and easy to find because of the case, but it does the job. It's nice to finally have my nails, regardless of how short they are, not be jagged.

I was a cancer patient, my nails had lots of ridges after going through chemotherapy. However, after using this one time the ridges disappeared and my nails look very bright and shiny. I don’t have to worry about painting my nails all the time anymore thanks to this product!

This nail file is awesome. I love that it is small and comes in a hard container. I have had glass nail files in the past that have broken in my purse due to them not having a hard case. I love this file and would recommend this as a good file to keep in your purse.

商品が手元に届いて 開封してビックリしました。返品商品？❗と 思われる程 汚かったです。使ったかの様な 白い粉がついてて ケースも少し凹でて 返品しようかと迷いましたが 以前他の商品で返品の手続き取ろうとしたら めちゃくちゃ面倒くさかったので泣き寝入りして事思いだし 洗って使うことにしました。購入するに当たって レビュー見ると 賛否両論あります。私にとってこの商品は 大外れでした。

爪をピッカピカに磨くものではなく、爪先端をなだらかにするためのものです。その用途としては問題ない商品だと思います。

「Midensoネイルファイル 爪やすり 爪磨き」を2種購入。郵便ポストに、注文の翌日配達されました。　「黒とゴールド」は、残念ながら「黒とピンクゴールド」と表記すべき色でした。また、「赤」も同時に購入しましたが、どちらもケースの塗装に小さな気泡が残り、日本国内工場なら製品検査でハネられるレベルです。これは中国製なので諦めます。　使用感は、初めて爪を磨く方には満足でしょうが、やはりこれだけで研磨完了とはいかず、普段使用のつめ磨きで最終仕上げをする必要があります。１年くらいは利用可能だと思います。

長年ヤスリを使い続けておりこの手のヤスリは使い慣れていますが、このヤスリ2回目の使用でヤスリ部分が真っ二つに割れました。自分がずっと使い続けているヤスリの方が金額も安く、爪の輝きも自分の愛用しているものの方がずっといいのでこの爪ヤスリはいまいちです。予備がほしかったのに期待はずれでした。

見た目がチープ、細かい傷あり磨けない&時間がかかる携帯用として買いましたがその用途としてすら微妙で、バッフィングとしてなら100均の方が本気でマシです、むしろ良い爪磨きしたいならおすすめは少し高めの　　スポンジバッファーですね早いですし見た目も良いです　値段についても少ない箇所で綺麗になるので使った箇所切れば　それなりの期間使えそうです　まとめて言うとGM

肥厚爪があり、厚くなった爪をこれで削っています。普通の爪切りでは切れないので。

写真では分かりづらいが、全体的にプラスチック感がとてもあり、少し安っぽい印象をうけたが、値段相応だと思う。使用感は悪く無さそうです。爪がとても綺麗になります。

商品自体に多少キズはあるが、中国製なので値段を考えればこんなものかな？機能性としては充分なのでいい買い物が出来たと思います。

これを使用しだして、爪切りを使用する頻度が減りました思っている以上に削れます仕上げようにと思っていたのですが、少しなら削ってしまえるので爪切り要らずです

なんとなく買いましたが使うとクセになります。爪表面がピカピカです。

我が家の爪切りのやすりは極端だったので、やすりが欲しくて購入。爪をピカピカにしたいとは思ってなかったけど、簡単にピカピカになるもんだから、家族みんなでピカピカにして楽しんでました。

ツルツルにはなりませんでした。磨きが足りないのかと思って一生懸命にこするあまり、爪に細かい傷をつけてしまいました。従来の3ステップの商品を買い直そうと思います。
