To measure micro/milli currents you need a 'normal' DMM which measures current by being part of the circuit it is analysing. For cheapness a Toolzone EL060 will do this, but it does have Auto Power Off, which is a pain when it times out during a lengthy test. **Q: Does it measure DC with the clamp?** A: Yes, this meter does measure DC current, by virtue of a Hall Effect sensor.
