Weight equivalents are way overstated
OK, let's start with the ridiculous claims about the weights of these bands. First off, the grey band which claimed to be equal to 35lb (none of the bands weight equivalents are marked on the bands), the grey one felt light and stretchy, no more than 9 or 10 lb equivalent, and this was supposed to be 35lb?? My 13lb blue bodylastics band was easily 3 or 4 times the resistance of this so called 35lb grey band. The next one down was lighter again, supposed to be 25lb but felt more like my second lightest bodylastics band of 8lb. A lot of sellers are overstating the resistance of their bands, which are nowhere near the stated resistance level or lb equivalent, bands should be clearly marked as to what their equivalent weight is, and stated as to whether they are anti snap, none of these exercise bands are, they might be OK for a beginner, but they all felt too light and stretchy for me. However, they get 2 stars for a prompt return and refund.

No instructions as described
THE ADVERT SAYS : "you'll never grow bored of your workouts. The included guides will help you in varying your routines"However there are no guides included which makes the item pointless. There is also no contact number for the company so really poor. If the seller contacts me and rectifies this I will update this review as the product looks like good quality

Goodvalue for money but no instructions
Equipment really good quality only down side is there is not a exercise/ user guide with it had to order book of another seller. Been using a week now and it's working
