Part of the net was grayish like it had been used before and there was one area that I had to tie a knot since it was ripped, not enough of a big deal to make me return it though. It doesn't come with enough ties, I had to add extra ones to keep it looking neater.

Pretty good overall. Came super tangled in the package, but it unravels pretty easily. It was hard finding a net system that would work on our rails going downstairs, but this worked perfectly.

This safety net is exactly what I needed! It is durable, and I love that it is made with a soft material that will be safe for my children, grandchildren, and pets. I used this on my outside staircase and it has given me peace of mind that my loved one are safe. I used zip-ties to make it extra secure, but it did come with some extra rope tie downs to help with security. This would work great for pretty much any balcony or banister. I like that the spacing in the net is just wide enough to be able to clearly see through but small enough to keep my kids from slipping through the railing.

This was not what I was expecting. It came without any instructions. The product was very hard to install. There were not enough ties to install it properly and the ties that were provided came unraveled as I tried to use them. It was supposed to be 16' long, but even with a lot of pulling, it didn't really span 15'. All in all, very unsatisfied (and returned it.)

This is a great product! I also used zip ties for extra security. It was just what we needed. Covered the 16ft area that is advertised and super durable. Before we put it up we also used it as a volleyball net then as a low crawl obstacle course for our kids, they loved it! Since It is simply a net it can be used for so many things once your kids get older. Great buy!

It works well but has a unpleasant smell.

It smells bad, like deet! Not in original packaging. I returned it.

Product arrive on time! Good customer service!! Glad it can be use for child safety but also when my child will not need it, my family will use it as volleyball net!:)
