Junk- almost impossible to mount. Destroyed two tubes trying to get it to work. I've installed countless tires, including tubeless. This is the worst. Don't buy, use a old tire from your parts bin and save yourself the headache.

It was very difficult to place on the rim for the first time. The tire was very tight. I pinch punctured 2 700 x 20-25c inner tubes. These are too big for this 700 x 23c tire. I was able to install a 700 x 18-23c tube. The 1st 18-23c tube ruptured after 30 miles because it was damaged during placement. Also, the tire did not go on the rim evenly and had annoying bulges causing a bumpy trainer ride. I think there are solutions to these problems. If I had known these at the beginning, I would likely have given this a higher rating.1. Place the tire on your rim without the inner tube to allow it to stretch. After the first time it is much easier to mount. 2. Use tire levers to place the tire as needed. 3. Use a 700 x 18-23c tube, not larger. 4. Place one bead of the tire completely in the rim. 5. Place the tube in the tire with one side of the bead completely in the rim. 6. Install the stem part of the tube first. 7. Inflate the tube with low pressure and make sure it is in the tire and not pinched. 8. Install the other side of the tire on the rim. The final installation will require tire levers. It may help to try to position the tire bead in the center well of the rim on the opposite side to allow a little more play for the final bead insertion. 9. Gradually inflate the tube and make sure the tire is symmetrically and correctly positioned on the rim. This is very important! There is a thin raised line that indicates the correct position on the rim.Update: After getting the tire well-seated on the rim, the inner tube leaked after 1 hour of use. I believe it was again damaged when I placed the tire. At this time, I am giving up. I suspect those experienced placing small folded tires would do better than I did. The tire itself seemed to be of good quality.
