Nice and sharp. The amount of teeth work well on thick curly curly Labradoodle hair. Doesn’t get stuck like my first thinning shears. So refreshing to be able to work on my dog’s face without her getting irritated! Worth the extra money for quality!

10/10 sharpness, comfort, and performance! A true time saver and does everything you could want a thinning shear to do..sculpts, blends, and can even remove a lot of bulk. Not heavy and very comfortable to use even for a long period of time. Absolutely worth the investment!

I love love LOVE kenchis shears, and find that they last me a wicked long time in-between sharpening, and are some of the most durable and lovely shears I've ever owned. Highly recommend for new time groomers or even seasoned groomers who love Kenchii as well, or may want to try the brand themselves!

Love the way they cut, but they do dull kind of quickly and rust easily.I have had these for about a month and been using them as my main scissors in that time. I have already had to have them sharpened and cleaned because they were starting to dull and rust. My usual main scissors, Fresh shears, stay sharper much longer than these have so far, and I have never had a problem with Fresh shears rusting.

As a dog groomer for 26 years, I can tell a quality shear over a not so good pair, and at the price I paid for mine, I was very impressed by these shears performance. They cut well without bending the hair, they fit well to your hand, and they have a great edge on them. Would definitely recommend!

Similar issues as some other recent reviews. The smooth blade and thinning blade get stuck mid-cut and scissors will not cut properly. Loosening the nut and bolt does not help.
