It was worth the wait to get this hair dressing. So much better than some of the other hair products I have tried. Goes on smooth, with a slught shine. Stays workable for a long time so you can reshape it when needed. Smells good too.

Bought this hair dressing for my Mom. One of her favorite hair dressings. Gives her hair a silky shine. Love the quality. She's been using it since I was a little girl. My husband use it as well. He says it's thicker and stay in his hair longer. Keeps his hair moisturized. Nice smell and love how his hair feel.

IT'S NOT JUST FOR NATURAL HEAVY CURL HAIR, IT IS USED FOR MANY OTHER THINGS THAT WILL SURPRISE YOU. IN 1970 I WAS IN A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT WHICH CAUSED ME FIRST AND SECOND DEGREE BURNS ON MY ARMS, CHEST FACE HAIR AND SCALP. I WAS IN THE BURN UNIT FOR 2 WEEKS AND THWMN MOC=VED TO A PRIVATE ROOM FOR ANOTHER 3 WEEKS. AFTER LEAVING THE HOSPITAL, ONCE AT HOME, MY SKIN WAS STILL HEALING AND IT WAS VERY DRY. I BEGAN GENTLY RUBBING THIS PRODUCT ON MY ARMS CHEST FACE HAIR AND SCALP. I WAS FORTUNATE THAT I DIDN'T NEED ANY TISSUE GRAFTING. BUT I WAS SCARED OF ALL THE SCARS I WOULD HAVE. I USED THIS PRODUCT DAILY AFTER BATHING AND CLEANING MY SKIN. AFTER ABOUT A MONTH OR SO, MY DOCTORS WERE AMAZED TO SEE THAT MY SKIN WAS MOIST, SOFT AND THEIR COMMENTS WERE OF SURPRISE AND THANKFUL I WOULD NOT HAVE ANY VISUAL SCARRING. I KNOW THIS SOUNDS FAR-FETCHED AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I SPEAK OF IT, BUT IT IS TRUE. THE MOISTURE WAS KEPT IN MY TISSUE AND SKIN, MY SCALP HEALED IT TOOK MY HAIR SUCH AS EYELASHES AND EYEBROWS LONGER TO HEAL AND GROW, BUT ONCE THEY DID, ALL WAS BACK TO NORMAL. I CUT THE BURNED HAIR OFF AND ALLOWED IT TO GROW. STILL USING THIS PRODUCT. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT AND I STILL USE IT. GREAT PRODUCT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Very Creamy and Old Schoolish. Use this and you'll know why they called them "Greasers". I love it because I like the vintage ;lducks ass greaser hair-doo look. It's made with petrolatum +and olive oil. I like the olive oil part. It makes the formula seem more modern, more organic, more vegan... But I believe it's the olive oil that gives the petrolatum/vaseline its creamy consistency. It had leaked a little during shipment. It was apparently on it's side during the trip as all of the stuff was all on one side. I was able to smush and stir it up back to normal in it's cardboard receptacle. Yes, you can stir it with your finger, but not like soup. It's very greasy. So if you're like me, and you like the vintage look, you'll probably like this stuff. PS. Order soon and maybe, like me, you'll get a can with 60% more product.

Now that my hair has aged :), I was looking for something that would add moisture, shine and take away some of the dryness. I thought back to what my mom used on my hair as a child. This Royal Crown always left my hair feeling moist, shinning, soft and manageable. So, I thought if it worked back then let me see if it'll work now on my gray dry hair. To my surprise it does! Although I have to use it several times a week, and the softness isn't exactly like it was as a child I'm overall happy with the end result. Like they say mother knows best.

I have been using Royal Crown for years. Glad to have found it on Amazon because it is very hard to find in a store. It's very oily and greasy and I love that, and because of that, it makes your hair very shiny. My only gripe is that the label claims it is the original formula. It is not. The color is different, and they have changed the scent. The new scent is OK, but I much prefer the "original." The same thing happened to Brylcreem. The scent was changed and now it stinks, so I can't use it at all anymore.

スタイリングだけは変わってないが、パッケージは、プラスチック製の容器に変わり、臭いは石油系ゴムのような酷い匂いが鼻に、前のアルミのふたの頃の匂いとは程遠い、もう前からのロイヤルクラウンとは、全く違うモノになってしまった。残念。

Très bon produit et économique ! Une petite noisette suffit pour se coiffer. L'odeur est un peu forte au début, puis celle-ci s'estompe.
