Eyebrow Threading Thread Vanity Box of 10

Growing up, I have NEVER had my eyebrows waxed or tweezed. I have always had them threaded. I also occasionally have my upper lip threaded as well instead of waxing, as it is a bit cheaper to do and yields better results in my opinion. Threading is not hard to do if you know how to work the thread and how to properly shape your eyebrows. I bought a threading kit, which basically has a pair of handles that enables you to better handle the thread, although you do not need it. Also, it is always easier if you can get another person to thread you rather than self-threading, although it can be done. (There are many Youtube videos that show you how.) You can thread anywhere on your entire body, although it is most popularly used for eyebrows, upper lips, and occasionally other areas on the face as well. Back to the product. This box comes with 10 spools of thread. Even if you thread every week, this will last you a long time. The thread is VERY sturdy. While threading my eyebrows or other parts of my face, I have only had to replace the thread once or twice in the middle of threading in all the times I've self-threaded due to the thread breaking. (For the thread to break like that is normal.) In comparison, when I go to the salon, they easily have to replace the thread 3-5 times while threading my eyebrows. The thread is not so thick or thin that it won't pick up hairs. On the contrary, it easily picks up hairs. Just try not to use moisturizer on your face before threading, and remove any chapstick from around your lips. If you have moisturizer on your face, applying some baby powder or talcum powder on the area you are threading makes it easier to pick up the hairs. You may have redness after using this thread, which is normal in the threading world. Just use some regular lotion, or some Aloe Vera if you have some on hand. I have VERY sensitive skin and the redness usually goes away for me within 2-4 hours. (I also have a medium complexion, so if you are lighter skinned, I recommend threading at least one day before any event you may be attending until you know how your skin responds to the thread.) For anyone trying threading for the first time, these threads are good quality and I highly recommend them. For any self-threaders/professional threaders out there, you won't be disappointed by this thread whether you are using it for personal use or in a salon/beauty setting. Also, you definitely get your money's worth in quantity and quality.

So so happy I bought this thread! It’s such great quality and SUPER cheap. Saves you a fortune on threading, but I recommend, if you’re a beginner, know that it will take time to get the hang of it. I’m still working on threading my own eyebrows but this gave me more confidence using this thread. It’s different than using your own thread at home. It’s thicker, more durable, and feels more precise. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic! I’m still working through the batch I ordered over ten years ago. You can easily break off a length without needing scissors, but it’s got plenty of tension to do the job well. As with any kind of thread it will cut into your fingers if you use a lot of pressure or aren’t used to it.

I like the product, it doesn't break easily and I find threading to be much easier, but it took about 4 weeks for me to receive my order. I probably will not order again from this particular distributor, but then again, I got 10 spools so I don't think I'll need to for a while.

I actually really like this product. I only bought this for personal use. The string doesn’t break easily (atleast for me) and the string is a little thick so it doesn’t catch every single little hair but it still gets the job done. I would definitely recommend this!

It breaks very easily making it hard to use. Its just not a good product. I usually dont review things on amazon but this was just a complete waste of money for me. I went back to purchasing my old threads. I wouldn't recommend it. 3/10 -- Price is good but whats the point when you cant even use it? I mean, you may be able to find some sort of use for it but it not good for threading eyebrows.
