Beautiful but there's no way to shorten the wire
First, this light looks true to the picture. It's very pretty, heavy, and appears to be well made. Very nice for the price! One thing not included in the description is that it takes an LED bulb.I only gave 3 stars because the wire cord is EXTREMELY long and there is no way to easily shorten it. I need the fixture to only hang down 36" which left me having to stuff 70"+ of cord into the ceiling. Instead, I tried to splice the cord together in order to shorten it but in doing so something was off and shorted out my wall outlet. I haven't had time to replace everything and try top put it all back together again, but am hopeful that the issue was the old outlet, not this fixture otherwise I'll have to buy something different. It would be nice if the manufacturer were able to give options of variable length wire since not every application will be over an island in a kitchen with cathedral height ceilings.

Beautiful - BUY 120 VOLT G4 Base Bi-Pin LED bulbs
Great looking light. The wire is long but can simply be wound in a circle and zip tied to fit in ceiling cover. BE SURE TO BUY 120 VOLT G4 Base Bi-pin LED BULBS. No instructions will come with the package. Do no splice or split the wire...use the leads that are already attached.
