This stuff gives me the perfect amount of energy and no crash. Its not like a jittery weight loss pill kind of energy its more of a caffein high. It doesn't come on sting either it just slowly progresses and i end up doing so many things that i normally wouldn't.One thing you should know is that you can't just eat nasty and expect it to do its work. Also, your stomach can get up set if you eat things that are hard to digest or greasy foods. Id stick to light foods and fruits and you won't have any side pains etc..Take for only a week (read directions and warnings)Nothing to be scared about just a need to.Drink a gallon of water a day and green teas those are good.Also fiber in your diet or a laxative deff helps.Do research before you start this prepare yourself a week in advance.

I used to buy the AgroLabs Acai daily cleanse, and stop buying it after the price went way too much too high. So, looking for an alternative to clean my system, I purchased this pills. I experienced some side effects even though they' are not too serious. I took them for 7 days and after the 3rd day I started to notice that I needed "to go" several times a day, almost every hour. I am not sure is my colon got that clean because I did not feel the same "emptiness" I felt while using the Acai drink. I am still taking them though, just try to take it at night.

I followed the instructions for this product down to the letter. I am a very healthy person and this product did not help one bit. It doesn't do anything it said it would do and honestly just gave me gas. Save your money and don't bother.

I purchased this Acai Super Cleanse because I used it before and it works wonders on cleaning your digestive system I previously purchased this on Ebay long ago and tried finding it again it was so hard to find too. I was very glad & surprised to find it on Amazon. This brand of Acai works very well & keeps your digestive system flowing & intestines flushed not like the super colon cleanse pills that don't work for me. Next time I'll order the 3 pack before it sells out. Don't pass this up if you want a great cleansing and detoxify your body. ********** I would give this 10 stars..

Do not take this if you are not going to be around a bathroom for a long period of time. I would take the recommended two capsules in the morning and by the evening I was int he bathroom at least 2 to 3 times. Had a bit of mild to moderate stomach discomfort, but nothing extreme.It has a recommendation of a 15 day use, but I stopped after 10 days. I'd had enough of the several bathroom trips as well as the discomfort.

I've been using this product for only 2-weeks now. I was surprised on how gentle it was with my system. I was expecting to feel sick, naseous, bloated etc.That's not to say there wasn't a day or 2 when i felt a bit of discomfort but for the most part nothing crippling, life-interrupting restroom trips, etc.I've noticed my stomach a lil bit flatter also. Personally, i use the product first thing in the morning on a empty stomach, i take 2 capsules, and on average i've used the restroom 2x's a day.I've used it as much as 3x's as well.

This product did not meet my expectations nor did it stand up to it's claims.I was disappointd after using it as directed for almost two weeks. It seemed to have the opposite affect on me. I would not recommend it. Thank you.

I've tried *everything* on the market for chronic constipation. I've seen a gastroenterologist. I've changed my diet and I exercise and nothing has helped. I've tried other cleansers but they could be so harsh. I've used magnesium citrate in the past when it gets really bad but that results in horrible cramping. This product has worked immediately - to my surprise. Like other posters have said, it doesn't result in horrible cramps. In fact I had no pain at all. I take two in the morning. It is quite gentle but effective. And for those who suggest these are "fake" reviews - I am 100% real, I review many items on Amazon and I bought this product via Amazon.
