Every product that I have used has not worked. **Q: will this work with a nortel phone? it says "please check if your phone system is compatible-with this adapter" but it doesn't list compatible systems** A: Not sure. We use it on Cisco phone system. Don't know why it wouldn't since it just plugs into regular headset cord. **Q: I have a Olympus VN-702PC Voice Recorder and a land line phone. Is this the only other piece of equipment I will need to record calls?** A: Hello, Yes, I suggest you ensure you have a voice recorder with noice canceling capability. I used a recorder without that feature and the quality of recording was very difficult. I highly recommend this little device. Good Luck! **Q: Does not record** A: I'm not sure if this is a question or a statement. This item does not, in fact, record. It must be plugged into the mic port of a recording device. Hope this helped. ## Frequently Bought Together - VEC TRX-20 3.5MM Direct Connect Telephone Record Device (ADAPTER ONLY) - Sony ICD-PX470 Stereo Digital Voice Recorder with Built-in USB Voice Recorder --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/1971537-vec-trx-20-3-5mm-direct-connect-telephone-record-device](https://www.desertcart.be/products/1971537-vec-trx-20-3-5mm-direct-connect-telephone-record-device) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
