Cute and compact but don't bend it.
My kids used to have a big plastic box. It cracked. I wanted to buy something more compact because after all, they just need a few pen and pencil and an eraser. This is why I bought these. While I like the graphic and the overall design, one caution to those with a rough child: the metal can be bent and then the lid won't close properly. The pencil box has two pieces, one of them is a shallow dish for easy access to pen and pencil. One of them that I received keeps falling to the bottom of the box apparently because the box is slightly too wide.
