I have always had a problem with feeling hungry ALL the time and never feeling satisfied when I ate. I also would have bad reactions to being hungry, cold sweats, shaking, major stomach pain and burning. I've never used diet pills before, I'm actually really paranoid about taking meds. So I was very aware of any changes either positive or negative in how my hunger was affected. I take one pill in the morning and am pretty amazed. I do not feel hungry pretty much all day. I can eat but feel full quickly. I noticed these changes on day one of taking one. The change is huge. For the first time in my life I'm not overeating and I don't feel starving all the time. I don't know if it will help me lose weight, I've only been taking it for a few weeks, but I know I'm eating less. My energy has been fine and I don't feel weird or jittery in any way. I will check back if I see any significant weight loss.

So far, I can't tell much difference, but I am tolerating the product well with no ill side effects. I often have trouble tolerating supplements with my Hashimoto's. I am sensitive to EVERYTHING. Hopefully this will help with more time. Been taking about 2 weeks.

If you have a thyroid problem and even if you don't; most people have leptin resistance and don't know it.
