Turns out it was only the stand, despite advertising the ring light too.

What the Hell
I don’t know if this is a joke but it says it includes a ring light+ the only thing that I got threw the mail was a plastic rectangle didn’t even get a actual stand like it says this I just a joke and 100% don’t recomend.

No light included!!
I was hoping for what was advertised in the photo and title - a ring light with a tripod stand.It took ages for it to arrive only for me to find out that there is no light, only a cheaply made plastic tripod. I should have read the reviews before I purchased, so don't fall for the same trap I did!THERE IS NO LIGHT!
