Turns your make up into being waterproof ### ⭐ Super Glittery *by C***B on September 30, 2023* I tried this and was shocked how glittery it was. As time goes on there is glittery fall out under eyes and also when applied it was transparent as well as glittery. Soooo it did nothing to cover up veins on my eyelids and also was very tacky for awhile after putting it on my eyelid. I set it with powder and then tried to use eyeshadows and it was very patchy and actually peeled in places like dead skin coming off. I went back to Amazon to return this and find out that it is not returnable.....I saw this nowhere on the website that it was not returnable......shame on Amazon for this as it should have been in front and center not returnable. When I tried to use it, it wouldn't work. I decided to return that and give it one more try. The second one is perfect. It's full to the top and works great. I have hooded eyes so primer is a must.
