There is a little bit of room to spare but useful for her to be able to spread or stretch out without being cramped. Lovely size, nicely padded and a practical rectangular shape. Subtle colouring in soft greys with the quilting pattern making this pet bed look upmarket even though it is fantastic value compared to some competitors. Our cat napped in her new bed from the first evening. Try placing an existing piece of bedding or favourite blanket in the base first to ease any suspicions or concerns by your pet. This worked for us. Recommended.
