Tips After you receive the boas, please pull them out of the PVC bag(s), preferably outdoors, in order to get rid of debris formed during processing and shipping. The boas should be hung for 48 to 72 hours before use. The longer you hang them up, the better they will look. Chandelle feathers do shed! They will initially shed a lot when you first take them out. ALL chandelle feather boas shed. You can minimize little fly-a-ways by using a light weight aerosol hairspray. Nothing heavy or sticky. All dark feather boa colors are NOT colorfast. Keep away from lighter colors Feather boas are also washable. Clean the boas by hand washing in warm water and soap. Rinse off the soap with cold water. Then, wipe off the boas with a towel or paper towels. After removing most of the excess water, use a blow dryer to finish drying the boas and maintain their fluffiness. Fun and fluffy!
This boa was perfect! It is fluffy, brightly colored, and was a great piece to my outfit!Warnings: it does lose feathers throughout the time you wear it, and it temporarily stained my white shirt (it came out in the wash)So keep that in mind! Would buy again!

You must pay to return
I bought 2 different boas. The other one was fuller so decided to return this one. Return postage is not included, and the cost to send it back was almost $5. Not worth it. So may just keep it. Most other items like this on Amazon give free return. Be aware of this when you order from this venderAs for boa, there are some that are thicker but this one is sufficient for costume and the silver threads add a little more sparkle

I bought the plain black boa. Perhaps quality differs with different colors, because mine was lacking...I needed a boa as soon as possible and I know Amazon Prime could do me that favor. Unfortunately, this boa isn't as full and fluffy as the photos make it out to be, but... you know, that's usually the case with certain items. It shed so horribly upon opening the package, but on the plus side, the shedding did slow after a good shake. It's cute. Works for what I needed in the moment. Quality isn't the greatest, current value is... I would say: I would have felt better if I paid a lesser price; however, all-in-all, it's ok, not too bad. It's a cheap boa, can't go wrong really. UPDATE, TIP: I twisted a boa I had with this new one and it now has enough substance, pizazz, and fluff. In other words, I would purchase 2 of these and twist them together for a most awesome fluff. Would I purchase again? It's a hard ask, but if I'm in a pinch, this will do. It won't last the evening... I'm almost sure of it. Great for photo shoots, or delicate, short-term use.

Feathers Fury
It did the job and worked well for the few hours I needed it, the feathers will fly all over the place but it was darker lighting at the event so it gave the illusion of looking full.

Boa not good quality
The feathers constantly shed ed everywhere to the point I could not wear it at all. I feel this product was not a good purchase and I would like some type compensation.

Thicker than others
This was perfect for our Great Gatsby New Years Eve party. It was full, not skimpy. A little shimmer to it too.
