Seals Well, Long Lasting, Durable
We have used this in an exterior application on a Spiral Stair case to seal treads which is exposed to all weather (sun, heat, rain, snow, and freezing). It has been in service for 10 years without failing or leaking. We only had to replace the caulking because the tile was broken and needed to be replaced. The only thing to be aware of, is that it has a shelf life of about a year. The most recent tubes I purchased did not have an expiration date (prior ones did). I would definitely purchase this product again. The caulking which has been in service for 10 years has faded slightly.

Simply the best. Amazing stuff. Tons of uses.
Iโve now used 795 on my boat to replace a port plexiglass window and at home to seal a shower tile to tub area (consisting of quartz/ceramic/porcelain). It is excellent. I have no idea why you canโt purchase this amazing stuff at the local hardware stores but it is worth the shipping wait. Follow the directions, pre clean the area thoroughly and allow for a week of drying/curing time and check the date on the tubes you receive. It does expire.
