What I Needed, When I Needed it.
Who would have guessed that it's cheaper to get a sledgehammer shipped to you than to buy it locally... I was going to get this at a brick and mortar chain down the road, but it was TWICE the cost of what I could order it for here. Not too crazy about Estwing offshoring some of their products, but when all is said and done it's a nicely made product and gets the job done.

Would buy again.
I got this over a bunch of other 4lb hammers, because the handle is just the right size and length. Everything else i was looking at either had a bulky and/or short handle.

Perfect size to get the job done
Build quality is excellent, size was perfect for what I needed with weight balance being excellent. I used this specifically for putting in a tree support stake and it was perfect for the job and easy to use. This will be a great addition to my toolbox.
