Really Fun to Play. Really Painful to Watch
I bought this game for the sake of nostalgia, I remember my sheer awe at the game when I played it as a young one long ago. The fun factor held up to my memories as I played through the game recently. The platforming is fun and original and still holds up today. The puzzle solving, which heavily impacts the gameplay was challenging but not overly frustrating. Later on in the game it starts to get a lot harder to survive, but not unreasonably so.Another thing I vividly remember loving about this game when I was little was the art style. I still love the 2d animation and how smoothly all of the character animations are in game. Unfortunately the cutscenes were not done by the same team as the sprite animations. This is the biggest problem I have with the game. The cutscenes were horribly animated even for the time. The humor is slapstick revolving around snot and fart jokes. All around basically unbearable to watch. Fortunately they can be skipped. I really wish the cut scenes could have been done in a 2d cartoon style instead of bad CGI. Even with the fart jokes I probably would have loved that.The game is a bit short, despite having two disks. The first disk is inexplicably over within an hour of gameplay, leading me to wonder why they needed to split the game in the first place. The second disk lasts a bit longer, partly due to increased difficulty. But it's not really the type of game that you'd want to spend a lot of time on. I beat the game in about 5-6 hours on normal, then i beat it in about 3-4 hours the next day on hard. Easy difficulty manages to relieve the pressure without seeming like you're being spoonfed.Overall I'd probably rate the game a 3.5 but i'll round up for the sake of my childhood.

My grandson chose an older Playstation so games would be cheaper and he is very happy with this game. Works great!

I have always wanted this game and i found in on amazon and its a great game very original and you can't compare it with any thing and i got it on time.If you want a game that is original this is it.
