At first I hesitated because of the price but now it seems like a bargain.This is for a small office. The phone provider changed the system and music on hold wasn't available anymore unless we switched to IP phones. The problem with that is they wanted a lot more money every month. So we stuck with the same analog phones. I didn't think that it was that big of a deal that there was no music on hold, I think most people are annoyed by that anyway but sitting on hold for a minute or two with just silence could cause the caller to think they were hung up on or to get impatient. So I thought it was important to have music on hold again after a year of not having it.Not really fully understanding ahead of time how this device was going to work (they really should do some videos on it to show everyone how good they are) I ordered one. I expected setup to not go smoothly and to take all day to troubleshoot but I had it up and running in minutes by simply placing it in between the phone lines and the ATA. It will accommodate 4 lines and unlimited phones. See, I ordered it thinking it was just good for one phone only. It can do just one phone if you want but it can also do an entire office of phones.I also worried that using "flash/link" button was not going to be reliable but it totally is.And you can also hear it working on the line because the music starts playing. You can also hear what your callers are saying on the other line when they think that nobody can hear them.What I was also really surprised about was the quality and sheer amount of high quality and professional stock recordings came with this device. I was expecting to have to use our custom on hold recordings but I actually like what came with this so much, I'm just going to leave it alone.It's really flexible. You can add or delete what you want to the rotation. It just plays continuously whether there is a call on hold or not so it doesn't start from the beginning like our old system used to do. You can even connect it to a radio like in the good old days.I only just set it up but man, this thing is great. It looks like it may be homebrewed as it looks like a 3D printed enclosure but I get why it costs what it costs now and it's worth it. Very well done, guys.

Very nice product, works great. Comes with pre-loaded songs that you can change if you like. I had trouble with initial set up and called customer service. They picked up right away, and assisted with me with setting up the phone. They were very thorough and now everything works great. I would recommend this product and this company to anyone.
