I was a bit worried about him being able to effectively assemble a 3D puzzle but the inside of the box has really easy to follow
Bought as a gift for my 5.5 year old son. He really likes puzzles and dinos so this was a homerun before he even opened the box. I was a bit worried about him being able to effectively assemble a 3D puzzle but the inside of the box has really easy to follow diagrams and the pieces are numbered which made things easy. We sat together and built the t rex in 15 min and then we wanted to take it apart and redo it alone. It's adorable once built and could be used as room decor once assembled or stored in the box and played with like any other puzzle.
