Would have been okay had the seller made sure that the items were all functional before mailing them. Unfortunately one of the two items that was mailed to me did not work at all :( and its not worth the hassle of mailing it back all the way from the Middle East.

I have ordered approx. 10 of the powerbank 10000mah, 6 of the 15000mah & 12 of the 2600mah at different times for Christmas presents. I had some issues as far as question on charging & bogo ( buy one get one free ) & as far as prompt responses & taking care of any questions to MY satisfaction I have to say "Steve" has been the best to work with. The prices, values & bonus' of bogo have made my shopping much easier to get presents for my family at a good price. Just Steves quick responses made me think I made the "RIGHT CHOICE".**update**after trying this one myself I have to say I am satisfied. it charged my cellphone 1 full & 1/2 full on second use. my ph. battery is 1600 mah & the charger is 2600mah. 1600 + 800 = 2400mah = pretty good for a powerbank. that's approx. 90% capacity which is great for a powerbank. I just hope that all of them are as efficient as they are gifts but probably anything over 80% is pretty darn good.
