NOT HATCH CHILE...deceiving.
The product itself it’s not too bad...a bit vinegary for my taste however I was fooled by the word play on the can, this is NOT Hatch Chile; hatch Chile is only the name of the company.I’m not questioning the quality of the product but the fact that it’s very deceiving that the photos on the description do not match the actual product; one of the photos says made in the USA but the cans I received say that it’s a product of Mexico.I just feel that people should be made aware.

rusted, damaged badly soiled cans.
just received my order. two cans were badly dented and one can I will not even open. Rusted and it looks as if it has already leaked juices out from it. Three other cans are rusted as well.

The Best
Have been using these chilies for many years, and watching the price go up and up at my local grocery stores. (that is the ones that carried them) Was delighted to see that they were available through Amazon. The Hatch chilies have fit the bill for all my cooking needs: the right taste, right heat, fire roasting, and available for just a couple of clicks...win win in my book. And on top of it all, the best price I could find anywhere.

Just wasn't pleased that ALL the cans were dented
First can was overdone. 2nd was ok. Just wasn't pleased that ALL the cans were dented. Disappointed in Hatch for once in my life.

Love those Hatch CHiles
Discovered Hatch chiles while in Arizona. Delighted to find that I can get them delivered - no need to carry heavy cans. We make Hatch Mac-N-cheese, Hatch omelettes, Cheese crisps (tortillas, Hatch chiles, shredded cheese....put into toaster oven, oven or even on the grill just until tossed; cut into triangles - serve with drinks. I'm sure there are many more fine uses. Enjoy!

Great flavor and mild heat
Hatch peppers are the best for cooking with a mild heat and great taste! Not having access to these as fresh peppers makes these canned hatch peppers wonderful and convenient to have on stock! I substitute these for jalepenos in dishes and they offer a great flavor!
