One of the most critical things you can do to help reduce these bacteria is having a good skincare routine. Bathing with our konjac sponge helps to remove dead skin cells and improve the natural moisture of the skin. This in turn allows for better penetration of moisturizers that you use after the bath. Apply cleanser (no cleanser is ok too) to the sponge and gently use on skin. Rinse sponge after each use and press gently with two hands to remove excess water. Store in a well ventilated area to dry. Sponge will shrink significantly when dried. It will return to original size once rehydrated. Can be sterilized further by placing the sponge in hot water before drying. Replace every two to three months for best results.

Not just for newborns - Perfect for adults with sensitive skin
Although the packaging of this sponge looks like it is made for babies, these sponges are perfect for daily facial cleansing. I use these sponges to wash my face - they exfoliate yet they are super soft - which means they are perfect for my sensitive skin. I can really tell a difference in my skin when I use them. My skin gets a gentle, yet thorough scrub without using harsh abrasives. Even though it's winter now, I still notice a little more of a glowing complexion. Since this is the only thing that has differed in my routine, I'm guessing this sponge it the one to thank for my improved complexion. I was given the opportunity to review this product as part of a promotion, but since each sponge lasts quite a while, the price seems more than fair, and I will be back for more!

I don't have babies in the house anymore, but if I did I would not hesitate to use this sponge on that delicate baby skin. It's SO amazingly soft and gentle on the skin. I was given the opportunity to review this product as part of a promotion, and I'm so glad for that. When I first used the sponge I thought, "How can something so soft exfoliate my skin?" and I have to admit, I was really skeptical.. However, after the very first use, I was sold. This works so well. My skin is so soft and clean after using this sponge. After a few weeks of use my face looks healthier than it ever has. I know that using the same sponge for any length of time can cause it to build up with bacteria. To disinfect it I heat a container of water in the microwave until it boils, then I drop the sponge in for a minute or two. I do this once a week to keep everything sanitary.

Great soft sponges for your littles
I have a few Konjac sponges for myself that my boyfriend and I love. These however are much bigger and almost seem softer than the other ones that we have. We have two kids, a 3.5 year old and an almost 7 month old son. My daughter loved this sponge for her bath. It held her baby wash and suds up really well. Its the perfect size for her little hands to hold by herself and the indent on the sponge is perfect for an extra grip when washing the baby too. They all have a convenient string that goes through them so that you can hang them up so they can dry.I received this product for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

Awesome all natural sponge for all ages!
I don't have a baby but I do have baby smooth skin. With the cold weather, it always seems like my skin likes to react a bit differently. I gave this sponge a shot and it's awesome. When wet, the sponge feels very soft but I can also tell it's doing a great job of scrubbing my skin. It's not too abrasive. The size is perfect for anyone and the string is a nice added bonus so it can hang dry. Please note that I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to write one for this because I LOVE these sponges. I use it so often I was happy to see it offered in a 5 pack now. They are extremely smooth and great for my sensitive/eczematous skin. I use it daily- I have one to wash my face with, and another for the shower (better and much more gentle than loofah). Everything else I've tried has been too harsh on my skin. I'll continue to order these.
