Perfectly sized diposable filters
As a Melitta user for many years, I always buy the #4 filters, particularly the brown (unbleached). However, I was disappointed at the cost. While the price itself -- 100 for under $4 -- seemed amazing, a $5 delivery charge was added. I could have walked to a store in Manhattan & bought it for far less. I have always been critical of Amazon delivery pricing.

They Don't Fall Apart
The filters allow the coffee to filter through, of course, but are also strong, not falling apart when trying to remove them and the wet coffee grounds from the cone.

Great Quality

I use 4-inch coffee filters with the Melitta 64008 Red Ready Joe Filter. The 4 inch extends over the top so the coffee doesn't spill over the top.
