I used two for a blanket and pillows. They filled with air shortly after pumping them and when I tried to push the pillows down a little further thinking maybe they were too close to the seal line, the bag tore up one side. The bag holding a blanket won't keep the air out. These are the first things I've packed for a move. The last thing I need is these bags not keeping air out and tearing my boxes because they've all expanded within them or worse having them expand in my Thule carrier which will be on top of my car. Not very confident in these now.Okay post move review: They were pretty useless. I would def not recommend these to anyone. First of all they're ANNOYINGLY LOUD to use. Crinkle noises galore. Second of all, only 12 or so of them were actually pumpabke/vacuumable, the others were just small bags to put things in and that's it. Third of all and most importantly, THEY FAILED MISERABLY. Only about 3 of these bags held true, all the others filled with air at one point during the move. Most were in boxes so luckily they were still protected in some way. Unfortunately for me, the rest were on the top of my car in my Thule carrier, which btw I was in driving about 700 miles. Less than a quarter of the way into my trip I heard a very loud wind noise coming from above. My carrier had a gap in the front as if yes, something inside had EXPANDED. All 4 of the bags inside had taken in air and were lifting the roof of my new carrier. I had to stop and duct tape the gap and that's how I drove for hours. Would def not buy these again. Waste of money.

I have an older home, no basement. Most of our storage space is in the attic, and in southeastern Virginia, mold and mildew fears were preventing me from using our attic to store outgrown baby clothes and a futon there. I wasn't really sure if these would do the job, or what sizes would work best. So I bought 3 different sets of vacuum storage bags, all promising to keep moisture out of my things.These Di Bags (OMG who named this product!?!?) were my favorite overall set. They have the strongest zips of all the ones I bought, and seemed the toughest. I filled a bunch of them with baby clothes and was really happy to be able to line the sealed bags up in a large plastic tote like a card file.Some of the other bags were a bit more awkwardly sized. I used the largest for a comforter and two pillows, but was disappointed that it wasn't deep enough for my Japanese futon mattress. It's odd how wide and shallow that bag was since the others are all squares or deep rectangles.I was also not a fan of the 3 small 'suitcase' bags. Actually, I thought they were fine until I used my vacuum on the others, then I wished I could vacuum those too. It is nice that you get some smaller bags, allowed me to sort smaller things in my storage like baby's socks and hats.The smaller bags with the vacuum valves were great too, I put outgrown baby shoes in them and was happy to be able to use one bag for each size.Overall, I would buy these bags again over all the other brands if I needed to store more clothes and linens in my attic.

I bought this for my out of season clothes. I tried numerous times, but no matter which way, or how quickly I placed the suction cap back on the bag, it kept inflating itself with air. I'm not sure if the bags have a faulty cap, or it's the bag itself. Either way this was a total loss of my time & money. Hopefully this review saves someone from this purchase. I wish there were negative stars.

These are the first vacuum bags I have bought in a LONG time that actually kept the seal. I wanted to wait at least a week to see if they worked before I gave my review. They do! I can't tell you how many of those dang Ziploc Space Saver bags I have bought that just didn't keep their seal. I almost gave up on vacuum bags altogether, before giving these a chance.So far so good! If this changes, I will edit my rating.

I was moving across the country using just the space in my car, so I needed a lot of space bags to get all my clothes/blankets down in size. I previously had another brand of space bags, but they were completely useless, so I tried my luck on these. The variety of sizes in this package is nice; the big ones are perfect for bulky sweaters and the smaller ones for other clothes. I did have some trouble fitting more than two blankets into the larger size since the opening of the bag is shorter edge, which makes it hard to stuff or arrange bulky items in the bag. They vacuumed down easily and all but one stayed vacuumed after the two week trip. The only other problem I had was the "zipper" (the plastic piece that helps seal the bag close) would easily fall off the bag. Not a huge deal, since you can just use one from another bag; just annoying when I kept finding the plastic zippers on the floor. Overall, they do the job well for the price.

I really like how many bags and the various sizes they give, but the vacuum seal does not hold up well. I tested 3 bags of different sizes for 3 days before I actually stored my stuff into a locker, and only 1 bag stayed vacuumed-packed and air had escaped from the other 2. I think it's because the cap does not always fit tightly over the hole. I tried it again the next night and made sure the caps were on tightly, but still the same result.The smaller bags have no vacuum holes, but works well for small items in terms of keeping things organized and compressed. I used it to organize 4 outfits into a herschel size backpack for my europe trip. Kept everything compressed!

These vacuum bags r really durable and easy to use. I had no trouble with the zipper seal. I used the blue guide after I manually pressed together like a zip lock baggie! They stayed air tight and flat. Just don't over stuff and make sure the seal is completely sealed! I received my order quickly. I will be ordering more form this company. Thanks for great product, good value too! :)
