Faulty air valve.
Item was not white but got a black colored tank. Not that it makes a difference but item should be described properly. Otherwise would have given them 5 stars.Initially i gave it a 4 star review. But now since we've been using it for 7 months we've noticed the lack of water pressure. We get about 3 cups of water when it stops flowing. I've pumped more air into the valve and that only lasted several days. Just this morning when i was pumping air again i noticed air leaking out around the air pump valve. Not the valve itself but when i wiggle the air valved i can feel and hear air escaping. Would expect this tank to last longer than 7 months.

Incredibly awful packaging
Product seems fine, packing a complete mystery. Smaller package carton dropped into outside box filled with expansive foam, effectively "welding" product to carton. If goal is to make product inaccessible, you won. If goal is to win more business, you lose.
