Its solvent-free, low-odour formula ensures a professional finish that’s hygienic and easy to maintain. ## Description Ideal for industrial or commercial floors, vehicle maintenance bays, garages, laboratories, showrooms, schools, plant rooms and food & beverage production areas. Hygienic – easy to keep cleanProfessional gloss finishSurface usable in 24hrsExtremely hard wearing with good abrasion resistanceGood oil and chemical resistance100% solid epoxy formulaCan be used in conjunction with a non-slip aggregateSolvent free and virtually odourless Surface Preparation In all cases surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free from any oil or contaminants. Thorough preparation is required to ensure maximum performance. Concrete should ideally be mechanically abraded to remove surface laitance. If this is not possible the surface should be treated with FixMaster Acid Etch Cleaner and allowed to thoroughly dry before coating. Grease or oil should be removed with FixMaster Bio Clean (or similar degreasant) and the area washed off and allowed to dry. New concrete should be at least 28 days old with a moisture content of less than 6%. Mixing Mix the two components individually. Pour the smaller container into the larger and thoroughly mix for 3-5 minutes using an electric drill and mixing paddle, or wide bladed tool, working around the sides and base so all liquid is incorporated to ensure thorough and complete mixing. Once the product is an even consistency and uniform colour decant into a shallow tray ready for application. Application Best results are obtained in ambient temperatures (15°C or above) with a medium pile roller in one coat.
