*Update!*I have received a replacement turner and have yet to try it with a cup on it, but all of the arms turn. Even though it took the seller a couple of months to replace my turner, once they had a replacement to send me, they shipped it overnight from Hong Kong, so I give them credit for that. And I think Amazon carefully considered my appeal, which they provisionally rescinded upon my receipt of the replacement turner. I just hope I can reopen my case if this turner also ends up being defective. So I haven't ended my Prime subscription yet. Fingers crossed that everything works out!Buyer beware! This product has multiple flaws. The first was that the PVC arms weren't attached to their sockets. After I had cups fall off the turner, I superglued the PVC together. The seller claims they have since fixed this. The malfunction of my turner is that every arm pauses in the same place at every revolution. This causes the resin to cure lopsidedly on the cup, requiring copious amounts of sanding. Unless you are superhuman, this will quickly cause you repetitive strain injury. The listing claims to offer a 1 year warranty. After repeated correspondence with the company, getting the run around every time, I got no restitution. Amazon denied my claim for a refund. I am furious. I will never buy anything from RTS Tec again, and will be cancelling my Prime membership.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to assemble, and I definitely love it. But I noticed one of my turners has like a slightly pause. Like skipping while turning. I been ought two and they both has something wrong.Replacement Just arrived Thursday was so excited until I got it plugged in 3 motor does not want to work at all and only 1 over the 4 actually work like they are supposed to..... I didn’t read the review before buying: I will be sending back for a second time for a refund this time. It won’t allow me to post my other video. Now I see it no longer available. Something has to be done.

One of the motors skips while turning. One of the on top drying holders has a loose screw securing the base and now that the pole is connected we are unable disconnect it due the the screw holding the base connector just spins.One of the power switch is stuck on the on position.(Please not this is more like from glitter getting into the side than a manufacture fault. But having a plastic cover for the switch as well the hard cover would be better at preventing this issue) Have to admit this one would be an user error on our behalf. Just be aware to close the protective cover.

This cup turner is amazing! It’s so easy to use and perfect for spacing! I will be ordering more! These are by far my absolute favorite out of allll the cup turners I have!

I bought this turned in the summer 2020. Only one year later and only one or the four turners work. They either stop half way around and then spin really fast to catch up, or they do not spin at all. One of them will spin only about 1/2 of the time, so I can't trust it, so I can't use that one. Only one arm actually works now. I am looking to replace this as it is taking up a lot of space for only one working turner.

Screws sent for legs did not fit. Turner worked for a while until the bolts in the arms messed up, motor turns but the metal arms do not. One button messed up pushed it to turn it off and it wouldn't pop back up.
